Print Sales Terms of Service:
Customer Information:
Community Zoe Online Store is providing space on Communityzoe.com for photographers to make their work available to you. When you place an order in the online shop you are going into an agreement with the photographer and not Community Zoe. Community Zoe only warrants that you will be able to purchase these products. We will see to it that you are satisfied with the finished product before we pay monies to the photographer for said product. Any questions regarding the sale should be directed to the photographer from which you purchased said product.
When the photographer ships to you, the photographer will notify Community Zoe that the product was shipped. Within one week of shipment Community Zoe will be in contact with you to make sure you are satisfied with said product. If you are dissatisfied you should immediately return the item purchased to the photographer. Once the photographer has received the returned product Community Zoe will refund the total purchase price back to you (the customer), unless other arrangements have been made between the photographer and the customer. For instance; if you received damaged goods and want the photographer to ship another equal product. In these instances Community Zoe should be made aware of the transactions taking place between photographer and customer by either the customer, the photographer or both parties.
Photographers are bound legally to Community Zoe to ship products to customers in a reasonable time frame. 2-4 weeks after date of purchase, or 6-8 weeks for over seas shipments. If a product is not shipped in a reasonable time frame Community Zoe should be made aware of this immediately. Satisfaction is our main goal.
