All users agree that the work on this website is under copyright protection and no image will be downloaded without the permission of the photographer who created the image. No image from this website should EVER be placed on another discussion board without the creator's permission. Users may not use these images for website content without the creator's permission. In short, you have no rights to the images posted on this discussion board and you should always leave them where you found them.

All users will in no way violate the copyrights of photographers on this board or outside this board. Meaning... no one is allowed to upload work that isn't theirs.

We reserve the right to delete any image not falling within what we consider to be fine art nude photography. We can do this without warning and in many cases will in order to keep our standards.

All IP addresses are logged on the discussion board.

If we feel that a user is creating harassing statements or disrupting the friendly nature of our discussion board we will delete said user without warning. In some cases of extreme concern we will alert authorities in our area if threats have been made.

Community Zoe reserves no rights to any image posted on the discussion board. No image will be used for advertising the discussion board without the photographer's permission. We claim no ownership of any work placed on our website. Photographer's and model's are free to post their images here without fear of unfair publishing practices.

Community Zoe reserves the rights to all textual information on the discussion board, including discussions created on the board and comments that are relevant under each image.

User also agrees that the discussion board is also copyrighted and may not be duplicated in any manner.

These are the rules you must abide by while participating on Community Zoe.

Rules: (READING THE RULES IS A RULE)

1. Fine art nude photography is the genre of this site. This isn't a pornography site, an erotic site nor a glamour site. In as much as it isn't a place to post photos of your dog or cat. Please respect the boundaries of the genre. Overtly sexual images will be deleted (erections, sexual intercourse, bondage, playboy style) as will images that tend to cross into other realms of photographic art. This site is for professional photographers and serious amateurs. For example; Those who are striving to create art and are not interested in the mere snap shot.

2. Etiquette is probably the first and foremost important quality for this site. Photographers AND models post to this board. Please refrain from commenting on physical attributes of the models here. Comments telling the model that she is beautiful is of course a compliment, but going on and on about her body parts won't be tolerated. Commenting on the photographs meaning, attributes, lighting, technical commentary... all extremely encouraged. Respect the efforts put into the work here also. While dialog underneath a photograph is greatly encouraged, please keep critiques constructive, positive and intelligent. Rude remarks will be deleted and a warning will be sent to the offending party. If we have to constantly warn an individual their posting privileges may be revoked.

3. Each individual will only be allowed to have one user name and one gallery. In each gallery only 10 images at any given time will be allowed. If there are more than 10 images we will automatically go in and make our selections as to what is deleted and it may be something that you wish to keep. So be conscience of this please so you aren't disappointed. Posting continuously so that you are always on the front page is discouraged and considered excessive. It is ok to let your images fall off the front page for a day. If you want more image space you can always make a donation to the board. Click on the donation link to the left for more information.

4. Please reply to posters comments directly on the board or by clicking on their screen name to send a private message via Community Zoe. Replying directly from your email program will send the email to the moderator and not the intended recipient.

5. Pretend we are all sitting in a room looking at each other in the eyes. Be compassionate.

6. While Community Zoe encourages friendly exchanges between members, please be conscience of personal space. Unwanted emails will sometimes cause a person to just disappear from a discussion board never to return again. If Community Zoe is made aware of any harassment or threats to any of the members here the offender will lose posting privileges.

7. If any member uploads work copyrighted by someone other then themselves they will be removed from the board and never allowed back again. Only photographs taken by you and copyrighted in your name will be allowed. If we find the work of the photographer who has had their copyrights violated we will alert the photographer and assist them if they wish to prosecute the copyright infringer. All IP addresses are logged on this site and traces can be performed to find out exactly who the poster is. So, just don't do it. This also applies with downloading images from this board. The images here are not to be copied or distributed without written permission from the photographer who posted the image. If Community Zoe is made aware of anyone stealing images from this site we will be in contact with you and in the event that the photographer wishes Community Zoe to assist in prosecution we will assist that photographer in reasonable law abiding ways. While a model does not own the copyright to the image that he/she participated in, a model is allowed to post these images as long as permission from the photographer is granted to do such.

8. Excessively large files (over 150k) will be deleted. Pease be very cautious with your file sizes. If you need help or don't understand how to squash your images feel free to ask a member here. The majority of us know how to do it. You can also keep the box checked in your gallery so the site sizes the image for you automatically. This may cause some defects to your image so it is best to learn how to do this yourself.

9. Refrain from using ( _, -, +, =, /, ", ' ) when giving your gallery a name. In some instances it breaks the code and your images will not load correctly.

10. This discussion board is privately funded and operated. This is not a public site and the moderators have every right to delete anything that doesn't fit in with the standards kept here. Posting derogatory comments on the board, name calling, and general disruptive attitudes will not be tolerated. Consider this a private gallery where the owner of the gallery decides what hangs on the walls. Generally we are very tolerant of images posted here. If the images are of an overtly sexual nature they WILL be deleted.

11. Please do not treat this site like it is your own personal site on the internet. If you plan on participating on the board and providing commentary and insight into photography and fine art nudes this place is for you. If you are here just to show off your work it's probably not the best place since we value every megabyte we have for members who wish to participate.

12. Photographers are responsible for the photographs that they post here. Meaning that all have proper releases and no minors were involved in creating images posted to this website. Community Zoe is not responsible for third party content nor does Community Zoe hold claim to third party content. Third party content consists of uploads to this site from members of the board that are not administrators.

13. This website promotes the sharing of artistic visions and techniques. It is not designed as a place for models and photographers to find work. Solicitations for work will be deleted. Of course models and photographers get to know one another on the site, and a photographer or model may ask one or the other if they would like to work together some time. That is absoultely wonderful! But, the main goal of this website is to share our work and offer critiques. If Community Zoe is made aware of any manager to a model or photographer posting images on their behalf the images will be deleted and the User Id banned. Manager's posting images for their clients is advertising... Community Zoe would be happy to sell manager's monthly advertising space if this is what you would like to use this website for. $300.00 per month is the fee.

14. Politics and Religion are open targets here and may be discussed if you choose to participate in those types of discussions. They are valuable aspects of inspiration in the arts... just don't openly attack anyone because of their beliefs and put on your armor.
