This is the calendar. 

There are three sub sections that you can access after opening the calendar.

Just select the one you would like to see and if someone has added an event, you'll be able to see who is going where and whether or not they are going to be close enough for you to work with. All you have to do to enter an event is to select the appropriate calendar (in this case "travel notices") then click on "add event" to the right and enter all pertinent information. "Zoe Fest Dates" will be moved further down after each retreat event has ended. So you will normally see "Travel Notices" first to make it easy. 

Only approved members will be able to see travel notices. It is not public. Once the notice has been added it will be auto-emailed out to all members. 

If you would like to post any gallery exhibits or photo related shows or book releases you may do so using the "general calendar."
